New EBECRYL 1290 N is a new generation hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate. It brings to the plastic coatings market an extended lifespan for plastic consumables. This product offers improved abrasion resistance to enhance surface toughness making it an ideal resin for mobile phone coatings.
Its low viscosity improves sprayability as well as enhances the film- forming properties, a widely sought criteria by customers. EBECRYL 1290 N offers a winning combination of performance, functionality and aesthetics.
New UCECOAT 7699 UV curable polyurethane dispersion (PUD) is our latest offering for wooden furniture topcoats - especially recommended for kitchen cabinets. Its outstanding features include superior stain resistance and excellent hardness (nail & pencil). The latter aspect is captured in the Persoz Pendulum Hardness of 135 seconds before curing and 360 seconds after curing - an impressive 3X improved hardness!
Formulated systems based on this waterborne PUD exceeded the conventional solvent borne 2K PU systems in the three critical areas of improved stain, scratch resistance and hardness.
New KRM 8296 aliphatic urethane acrylate offers formulators a breakthrough UV solution for soft touch haptic coatings. It opens up choices for soft feel design demands and ultimately end users will enjoy a lovely soft feel to their mobile phones, automobile interior, electricals and electronics!
